We purchased an entire kitchen of white… We purchased an entire kitchen of white shaker cabinets. The positives were that the designer was very helpful. The negatives were that there are just about zero instructions for how things go and the cabinets that were supposed to be numbered in order of installation were not correct, ALL wrong. Also the small items like trim, wall spacers and touch up kits are outrageously priced. Review your order carefully.

Great for a "Do it Yourself-er" Great for a "Do it Yourself-er" I have used them twice now and will certainly use them again when the need arises. If you can measure your room correctly, know where all of the pipes and power are located exiting the walls and floor, have time, interest and have the blessing from "She who must be pleased", one can come out with a beautiful great quality kitchen at significant savings. First time i bought cabinets here i was… First time i bought cabinets here i was very happy w the products, they arrived on a freight truck. The second time i ordered cabinets, they were dropped off by fed ex and sat for several days because i was out of town. Several of the boxes were damaged beyond repair even with the ten or so rolls of tape that fed ex used. customer service said i should have filed a claim with fed ex. No, i'll buy elsewhere!

Cabinets are pretty well made Cabinets are pretty well made. Designer was well qualified. Many pieces were missing & from our order & we were given much grief over what was mostly their mistakes. Corner cabinets & doors are awful. Saved a bit of money. If we had to do it over, we’d more the likely order them completely assembled.

Go Gramercy! We bought gramercy white rta cabinets for a 10x10 kitchen using a 20% off coupon. Price was much better than local big box atore as was the selection. My contractor was very impressed! All wood construction, easy assembly, and finishes were great. The corner cabinet had been open and repacked and was missing clips. Customer service sent new ones after we emailed photos and spoke with a rep about the problem. The assembly directions are extremely vague, and in some boxes missing. Being a visionary with a good sense of building is a must for assembly.
