Amazing sheets, even better customer service! These linen sheets are the best I have ever purchased, a perfect weight and a sensational feel. The color is so saturated, I purchased the navy, dark and rich. I also have to comment that in error I purchased the euro size sham as an extra pillowcase set. In a survey I mentioned this… I was contacted by a concerned representative who without cost to me sent me a set of standard size pillowcases..at NO charge!… No that is customer service!! Thank you so much for your help

Poor quality, pooer customer service I bought a set of queen sized linen… I bought a set of queen sized linen sheets as a gift. Initially they were quite beautiful but after a few months of gentle care, washing according to directions, line drying, no.pets, a single woman, they developed a large worn hole in the middle of the fitted sheet. I contacted Cultiver, twice, expecting them to make good on their items. They never returned my enquiry. They were expensive sheets. I am completely disgusted they would not even respond to me.

I absolutely love your range of linen… I absolutely love your range of linen and think the colours are fabulous. I'm very excited to have a pale pink tablecloth and dusty pink serviettes for my next dinner party. Your staff are so lovely and extremely helpful. Fantastic quality and A+ customer service! Cultiver is one of those brands i'll stick to for the rest of my life. I purchased some sheets from them on holiday in Australia, not knowing there is a size difference King for King between Australia and Canada. The Cultiver team went above and beyond to remedy the issue and I could not be happier with them, as well as my sheets. I've got a different set of Cultiver sheets i've had for years as well and they still look as new. Really happy with my experience here and can definitely recommend to others!

Sheets are not what I thought they… Sheets are not what I thought they would be, they are not as soft and comfortable as I expected for the cost. I paid half as much for store bought sheets that are more comfortable; they were recommended by a friend that said after a few washings they would be more comfortable.
