It’s such a luxury to sleep in Cultiver… It’s such a luxury to sleep in Cultiver bed linen, with such exquisite colours, and the soft high quality fabric. I have used many pure linen bedding brands currently on the market, and Cultiver far surpasses them - the colour doesn’t fade and the sheets last longer. I gave myself a post covid gift during the last sale - a full bedding set in mustard and a handful of denim towels. I could not be happier. Thank you Cultiver!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service - EXTREMELY slow responses, it takes them multiple days at a time to respond. Unheard of for such a large company. They also only offer price-matching for 7 days, so if this short window passes and their products go on sale, you're out of luck!

The journey ends very well, indeed. My linen sheets didn’t arrive when expected - due to an error on my part (like I mistyped my address)! Cultivar’s exceptional customer service was so understanding and crucially helpful in sending out a new set ASAP. Now that I have been using the sheets, I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality, softness, craftspersonship and generous sizing. I will be ordering more! The only downside is that I don’t want to get out of bed.

After some time of thinking of… After some time of thinking of purchasing fitted/ flat sheet I finally decided to splurge. What a disappointed The fitted sheet does not fit the bed properly its too big, I spoke with a customer service representative who was very helpful, they replaced this for me as it was determined I-had received a faulty one. The replacement arrived and guess what its the same. Don’t waste your money on this product so expensive and doesn’t fit the bed. I would love a rep to come to my home to see what their product is like. I also purchased standard pillowcases natural I washed one and this has completely faded to another colour what a disgrace. If i could give NO stars ratings I would HORRIBLE PRODUCT. Maree

Poor quality, pooer customer service I bought a set of queen sized linen… I bought a set of queen sized linen sheets as a gift. Initially they were quite beautiful but after a few months of gentle care, washing according to directions, line drying, no.pets, a single woman, they developed a large worn hole in the middle of the fitted sheet. I contacted Cultiver, twice, expecting them to make good on their items. They never returned my enquiry. They were expensive sheets. I am completely disgusted they would not even respond to me.
