I absolutely love your range of linen… I absolutely love your range of linen and think the colours are fabulous. I'm very excited to have a pale pink tablecloth and dusty pink serviettes for my next dinner party. Your staff are so lovely and extremely helpful. Poor Quality Bought my first linen tablecloth from Cultiver some years ago. The color wasn't at all fast so you couldn't remove even minor stains without a bleaching effect. Bought a replacement and this proved to be flimsy, thin and see through. Not at all suitable for such a large tablecloth. For something so expensive, you expect better quality.

Poor quality, pooer customer service I bought a set of queen sized linen… I bought a set of queen sized linen sheets as a gift. Initially they were quite beautiful but after a few months of gentle care, washing according to directions, line drying, no.pets, a single woman, they developed a large worn hole in the middle of the fitted sheet. I contacted Cultiver, twice, expecting them to make good on their items. They never returned my enquiry. They were expensive sheets. I am completely disgusted they would not even respond to me.

Fantastic quality and A+ customer service! Cultiver is one of those brands i'll stick to for the rest of my life. I purchased some sheets from them on holiday in Australia, not knowing there is a size difference King for King between Australia and Canada. The Cultiver team went above and beyond to remedy the issue and I could not be happier with them, as well as my sheets. I've got a different set of Cultiver sheets i've had for years as well and they still look as new. Really happy with my experience here and can definitely recommend to others!

The journey ends very well, indeed. My linen sheets didn’t arrive when expected - due to an error on my part (like I mistyped my address)! Cultivar’s exceptional customer service was so understanding and crucially helpful in sending out a new set ASAP. Now that I have been using the sheets, I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality, softness, craftspersonship and generous sizing. I will be ordering more! The only downside is that I don’t want to get out of bed.
