Poor communication Poor after purchase communication. No delivery notice, the truck suddenly turned up at my house one day. Luckily I was home.

Small problem with FedEx on delivery… Small problem with FedEx on delivery time. A time was scheduled but they called to move delivery to earlier in the day. I would not be home at their suggested time so they placed me LAST on their schedule.

My order was back ordered and they gave me the option of canceling my order. Communication made me comfortable enough to continue. Very impressed with product and service. Thank you

Simply Excellent!! Simply Excellent!!! I placed a bid which was almost immediately accepted via email with confirmation and payment info. and within 24 hours or less I received another email with a “thank you” and that my product had already shipped via Fed Ex, complete with tracking info.! I only wish there were more companies and services like this which provide immediate, polite, professional responses and service! Will only look toward them again when looking to buy.
