GBI wasn’t told when my package would… I wasn’t told when my package would arrive. I had to call to verify. Then was given a voice mail box. Eventually I received an email with tracking information.

GBSmall problem with FedEx on delivery… Small problem with FedEx on delivery time. A time was scheduled but they called to move delivery to earlier in the day. I would not be home at their suggested time so they placed me LAST on their schedule.

CR(LaCuisine Costa Rica) - Updated Review Had an issue with order/installation and then spoke to Chris who was extremely professional and accommodating. I went into it extremely agitated and he completely diffused the situation to where I left feeling happy. Very good CS by him and his staff and I would definitely recommend using their company.

GBBest online retailer I’ve ever worked with This was honestly the best on line shopping experience I have ever had. I would give 10 stars if it were an option. The item I purchased was back ordered and delayed due to circumstances out of their control however Maria consistently keep me updated and responded to questions on weekends and after hours. Ultimately I got my item earlier than I expected. I will not hesitate to buy from La Cuisine again.
