GB5 star customer service For a great price and free shipping I was able to get my favorite Italian appliances for much less than buying them locally. 5 stars for customer service and communication. The shipping company got it here 2 days later than promised and charged La Cuisine $50 additional to put the correct address on the shipment. 2 stars for those trucker guys, but again, La Cuisine covered the $50 address correction and called me to update me on progress so that I was not bothered with it. Another 5 stars for that. Thanks, La Cuisine Appliances!

Their sales team gave me misleading information at the time of purchasing the items and then they did not let me return those items. Had to get my attorney involved. Do not engage with this company! They will steal your money and run!

GBSimply Excellent!! Simply Excellent!!! I placed a bid which was almost immediately accepted via email with confirmation and payment info. and within 24 hours or less I received another email with a “thank you” and that my product had already shipped via Fed Ex, complete with tracking info.! I only wish there were more companies and services like this which provide immediate, polite, professional responses and service! Will only look toward them again when looking to buy.
