(LaCuisine Costa Rica) - Updated Review Had an issue with order/installation and then spoke to Chris who was extremely professional and accommodating. I went into it extremely agitated and he completely diffused the situation to where I left feeling happy. Very good CS by him and his staff and I would definitely recommend using their company.

I purchased a Zwilling toaster from La… I purchased a Zwilling toaster from La cuisine. The communication was excellent, the toaster arrived fast and in good condition. Although I used it for only a few days, i am happy with my purchase and hope to have it for a long time.

I wasn’t told when my package would… I wasn’t told when my package would arrive. I had to call to verify. Then was given a voice mail box. Eventually I received an email with tracking information.

This is a terrible company This is a terrible company, they don’t pick up the phones, or return back to the messages.
