Worst customer service ever! I placed my Order a month ago and have yet to see a package shipment. I have asked for help several times And only excuses why it is not enroute.

The knifes are beautiful and very… The knifes are beautiful and very sharp. The magnetic board I purchased is not the best quality but works. I wouldn't waste the $50 on it because it is definitely not worth that much. It's more like a $10 board. It took about a month before I got them so be prepared to wait. The package that the knives came in was not in good shape and it was not package well for something that cost what it did. If you just buy the knife set and are willing to wait for them then I would recommend them.

Delivery was slow Delivery was slow. The package sat in one warehouse for a week. The sharpener is poorly designed,particularly in the knife clamping area and the swivel area. There was no documentation of any sort provided.

Communication with order and delivery… Communication with order and delivery is excellent. The delivery from the USA to my address in Australia is nearly as fast as trying to get a parcel from Perth Western Australia to my delivery which is less than 300kms (approx 180 miles). Will shop with you again - thank you
