I hadn't received my order I hadn't received my order, got in touch and couldn't have asked for anymore assistance, as they were right onto it and I received my order, all intact, very very happy customer.

If i could i would give you 0 stars i would. If i could i would give you 0 stars. First package was sent back to the Nederlands and destroid. Then i ordered the same item now with s small deduction in price. Also sent back to the Nederlands post. After i have talked with Danish post they say that Danish customs were not satisfied with the content deskription. Never again. Money out of the window.

Delivery was slow Delivery was slow. The package sat in one warehouse for a week. The sharpener is poorly designed,particularly in the knife clamping area and the swivel area. There was no documentation of any sort provided.

I ordered a multipurpose vegetable… I ordered a multipurpose vegetable cutter and received the product in a very disappointing state. One blade was broken, and as advised I wrote a complaint along with pictures of the broken blades on 9 September. Though the reply mail said i will get a replacement blade, till today I did not receive any.
