The delivery from the USA to my address in Australia is nearly as fast as trying to get a parcel from Perth Western Australia to my delivery which is less than 300kms (approx 180 miles). DKIf i could i would give you 0 stars i would. If i could i would give you 0 stars. First package was sent back to the Nederlands and destroid. Then i ordered the same item now with s small deduction in price. Also sent back to the Nederlands post. After i have talked with Danish post they say that Danish customs were not satisfied with the content deskription. Never again. Money out of the window.

AUDelivery was slow Delivery was slow. The package sat in one warehouse for a week. The sharpener is poorly designed,particularly in the knife clamping area and the swivel area. There was no documentation of any sort provided.

GBOverall I am disappointed. Overall I am disappointed. Starting with the shipping time...3 weeks. I'm over that but the product I ordered is not the product I received. The iron chef knife sharpening system that I reviewed on your web site showed all four sharpening stones mounted on the rod at the same time so you can simply rotate the rod to use a different stone. The product I received allows one stone at a time to be used. So, you have to remove the stone and mount a new one every time. I reviewed many other brands of this sharpening system and I chose this one because of that feature. Am I missing something? Would appreciate someone reaching out to me with a solution. Thank You!
