Overall I am disappointed. Overall I am disappointed. Starting with the shipping time...3 weeks. I'm over that but the product I ordered is not the product I received. The iron chef knife sharpening system that I reviewed on your web site showed all four sharpening stones mounted on the rod at the same time so you can simply rotate the rod to use a different stone. The product I received allows one stone at a time to be used. So, you have to remove the stone and mount a new one every time. I reviewed many other brands of this sharpening system and I chose this one because of that feature. Am I missing something? Would appreciate someone reaching out to me with a solution. Thank You!

I ordered a multipurpose vegetable… I ordered a multipurpose vegetable cutter and received the product in a very disappointing state. One blade was broken, and as advised I wrote a complaint along with pictures of the broken blades on 9 September. Though the reply mail said i will get a replacement blade, till today I did not receive any.

Worst customer service ever! I placed my Order a month ago and have yet to see a package shipment. I have asked for help several times And only excuses why it is not enroute.

Received my order Received my order, without the bag, it had stated would be included with my purchase. When I sent a email stating that the bag wasn’t sent. They claim that was for in store purchase only, even though the add stated bag for storage would be included with purchase
