The knifes are beautiful and very… The knifes are beautiful and very sharp. The magnetic board I purchased is not the best quality but works. I wouldn't waste the $50 on it because it is definitely not worth that much. It's more like a $10 board. It took about a month before I got them so be prepared to wait. The package that the knives came in was not in good shape and it was not package well for something that cost what it did. If you just buy the knife set and are willing to wait for them then I would recommend them.

I ordered a multipurpose vegetable… I ordered a multipurpose vegetable cutter and received the product in a very disappointing state. One blade was broken, and as advised I wrote a complaint along with pictures of the broken blades on 9 September. Though the reply mail said i will get a replacement blade, till today I did not receive any.

I hadn't received my order I hadn't received my order, got in touch and couldn't have asked for anymore assistance, as they were right onto it and I received my order, all intact, very very happy customer.

Communication with order and delivery… Communication with order and delivery is excellent. The delivery from the USA to my address in Australia is nearly as fast as trying to get a parcel from Perth Western Australia to my delivery which is less than 300kms (approx 180 miles).
