Delivery was slow Delivery was slow. The package sat in one warehouse for a week. The sharpener is poorly designed,particularly in the knife clamping area and the swivel area. There was no documentation of any sort provided.

it arrived a bit late as I ordered it… it arrived a bit late as I ordered it for Christmas present but I understand the situation with the delay ( COVID-19) .The product is an amazing piece of art ,all pieces are in great condition where nothing's chipped or broken. Thank you so much.
