GBOverall I am disappointed. Overall I am disappointed. Starting with the shipping time...3 weeks. I'm over that but the product I ordered is not the product I received. The iron chef knife sharpening system that I reviewed on your web site showed all four sharpening stones mounted on the rod at the same time so you can simply rotate the rod to use a different stone. The product I received allows one stone at a time to be used. So, you have to remove the stone and mount a new one every time. I reviewed many other brands of this sharpening system and I chose this one because of that feature. Am I missing something? Would appreciate someone reaching out to me with a solution. Thank You!

GBWorst customer service ever! I placed my Order a month ago and have yet to see a package shipment. I have asked for help several times And only excuses why it is not enroute.

GBThe knifes are beautiful and very… The knifes are beautiful and very sharp. The magnetic board I purchased is not the best quality but works. I wouldn't waste the $50 on it because it is definitely not worth that much. It's more like a $10 board. It took about a month before I got them so be prepared to wait. The package that the knives came in was not in good shape and it was not package well for something that cost what it did. If you just buy the knife set and are willing to wait for them then I would recommend them.
