Totally satisfied with the Tofubud Lanie... I received the press in the afternoon, and my evening meal was a delicious meal featuring cubed and marinated tofu. Tofubud is not suitable for draining and pressing homemade tofu I make my own tofu and need a tofu press that is suitable for artisan-made tofu. NOT TOFUBUD. It is only suitable for pressing store-bought tofu blocks when you want your tofu more compressed. As a tool for draining and pressing homemade tofu it is quite useless. I will be returning the Tofubud, and I wish that the company made it clear in their advertising that the product has such a limited application.
