GBAvoid for AGA service Edwards and Godding or Reading have v poor customer service The leadership do not seem to understand what an aga service is and then try to sell u a £20k AGA .... total waste of time speaking to them ....

GBIf you enjoy going to court buy an aga… If you enjoy going to court buy an aga from. Edwards and godding. The only good that came out of being sued by them was to NEVER EVER havivg them in my house again. I purchased a Lacanch from a store in London so have had the satisfaction of denying them profiteering from that purchase or any servicing. There are much better engineers around, never use this sub standard company.

GBExcellent service. Absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend Excellent service, would highly recommend. I had my new Lacanche range delivered and the service was excellent. The entire ordering process was easy and stress free even under the curent difficult circumstances of 2020. Fitting service is fabulous. The fitters that removed the old range cooker and fitted the new one were absolutely brilliant. Would definitely recommend and absolutely use again in the future. Really pleased.

GBWe have used these guys for 20 years… We have used these guys for 20 years and they fitted our Aga all that time ago - over the last few years continuous problems - having to get them back/continual replacing of equipment due to sub standard work. Latest is their engineer came to start boiler after summer break and caused issues with our hot water system - meaning we had a bill for a call out from a plumber. Their customer care shocking - they go straight to court for payment when I had paid their bill less the amount paid to the plumber for the mess they left us in. They were unsympathetic - relentless in chasing the balance - gave up in the end paid them and WON'T USE THEM AGAIN! I will write to AGA and tell them they need to consider thes egiys as their AD.........
