Attention to detail in installation lacking... The shower door was not centered-it was off by a 1/2 inch-so it did not line up with the end of the tile accent in the shower area. It seems very obvious when you look where the hinges were secured to the wall...the tile accent extends a 1/2 inch. When the installers came back to see the discrepancy they argued with the contractor about the placement of the door...the accent tile extends past the door a 1/2 inch; had the door been positioned exactly in the middle of the saddle then the door and tile would have lined up perfectly...will unfortunately have to live with it!

Beautiful shower doors! Glass Castle was so great to work with from the first encounter at a home show right through to installation. They were patient and contributed valuable information while we choose just the right glass and style for our shower doors. We just love the doors and the purchasing experience was so pleasant. I highly recommend Glass Castle and in fact, have already passed along their information to people who have admired their work in our house.

Great up front, installers need a little polish We felt well-informed and had a good experience when we were in the showroom and on follow-up phone calls to keep us informed. We were looking forward to the install of our glass shower door, the final step in our bath redo project! The product install went without a hitch, installers did a good job technically. However, they left bathroom rugs thrown aside and drill dust in the corners of the new shower pan, which we had to clean up. It may seem like a small thing, but a little more "customer care" would have earned Glass Castle 5 stars instead of 4.

Beautiful, professional work by caring people We are very pleased with the product and the workmanship of the professionals at Glass Castle. However, we would like a follow-up visit or phone call about 2-3 weeks after installation to seek and ameliorate possible bugs such as squeaking hinges, etc.
