Wonderfully professional Dave and his team at Glass Castle installed Antique Mirrors in my home bar. Each phase of the job, from our first phone conversation, to measuring, to installing was wonderfully professional, beautifully done and a pleasure to experience. I couldn't rate them any higher. I only wish I had a mother pto jet for them to do!

Great up front, installers need a little polish We felt well-informed and had a good experience when we were in the showroom and on follow-up phone calls to keep us informed. We were looking forward to the install of our glass shower door, the final step in our bath redo project! The product install went without a hitch, installers did a good job technically. However, they left bathroom rugs thrown aside and drill dust in the corners of the new shower pan, which we had to clean up. It may seem like a small thing, but a little more "customer care" would have earned Glass Castle 5 stars instead of 4.

Professional Service and Quality I am happy to write this review for Glass Castle Inc. I had a very pleasing experience working with Glass Castle Inc in getting new custom shower doors installed in my house. Chris Kingsland, the assistant manager, was very accommodating and provided prompt service. I would highly recommend Glass Castle Inc. to anyone who is looking for quality custom shower doors from highly professional and knowledgeable staff.

Attention to detail in installation lacking... The shower door was not centered-it was off by a 1/2 inch-so it did not line up with the end of the tile accent in the shower area. It seems very obvious when you look where the hinges were secured to the wall...the tile accent extends a 1/2 inch. When the installers came back to see the discrepancy they argued with the contractor about the placement of the door...the accent tile extends past the door a 1/2 inch; had the door been positioned exactly in the middle of the saddle then the door and tile would have lined up perfectly...will unfortunately have to live with it!

easy to work with , excellent customer service and competitive pricing I recently got framless shower doors for 2 baths and a sliding glass door for tub enclosure from Glass Castle. I would highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and competitive pricing. I got 2 other quotes before deciding to go with Glass Castle. You can be sure they will be there if you had any problems with your order
