Beautiful shower doors! Glass Castle was so great to work with from the first encounter at a home show right through to installation. They were patient and contributed valuable information while we choose just the right glass and style for our shower doors. We just love the doors and the purchasing experience was so pleasant. In general a very good experience; just one minor hiccup. Everyone we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. All our questions were answered and there was no high pressure salesmanship. Our door was ready even sooner than originally promised and it looks fine. The one sliding panel originally received was incorrectly sized, but a replacement of the correct size was fabricated, delivered and installed within one week. Not sure whether the error was made by the Glass Castle personnel who measured or by the factory where the panel was fabricated, but it didn't significantly delay our project.

Quality product, great customer service! Was referred to Glass Castle for a shower door. Met with Ed, who provided us with lots of information so we were able to easily make a buying decision. They showed up for appointments as promised and did a wonderful installation job. Very happy!

Great up front, installers need a little polish We felt well-informed and had a good experience when we were in the showroom and on follow-up phone calls to keep us informed. We were looking forward to the install of our glass shower door, the final step in our bath redo project! The product install went without a hitch, installers did a good job technically. However, they left bathroom rugs thrown aside and drill dust in the corners of the new shower pan, which we had to clean up. It may seem like a small thing, but a little more "customer care" would have earned Glass Castle 5 stars instead of 4.
