Our bathroom remodel with Re-Bath… Our bathroom remodel with Re-Bath started on 6/27/22 and the installation of a shower and 2 sinks with cabinets was completed in 3 days. The glass door for the shower will take a little longer to install because it is a custom fit and would have to be ordered, but overall we love the final results! The contractor (Manny) is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! They were on time each day and upon leaving they left their work area very clean. I would highly recommend Manny and his assistant to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom through Re-Bath. He is dependable and really knows his stuff!

Worst consumer experience of my life. Worst consumer experience of my life. The contract I signed on the sales reps tablet was not what I was emailed later, but I had no proof because I did not have the original. The whole reason we remodeled the bathroom was because of a leak, which both the company and contractor who did the work claimed to have no knowledge of. I ended up paying $14,000 for an entirely plastic room and after 3 months my shower is still unusable. Any complaint I had about the quality of the work or materials and failure to deliver what I was sold was called buyer's remorse and disregarded. Save yourself the misery and find a reputable contractor instead of a franchisee.

Ovepriced with mediocre work and poor work ethic!!! We decided to renovate both our bathrooms. We had already replaced the floors and the walls were going to be addressed, so we thought that replacing both tubs and vanities would be pretty easy. How badly we were mistaken!!! Rebath sent their designer in September, his name was David, and he was a nice man! He was professional and precise, he measured everything and set the date for install in October. Said it would take 6 days. We were determined on having our master bath done first so we would have privacy. No problem he said, we'll make it happen. About 5 weeks later the items arrived and they came. Their worker came everyday at 9am and left at 2:30pm. Wow, they must have bankers hours. We asked him to stay longer to get more done and he said no. Then my husband had to help him carry the tubs and vanities because he was alone. My husband's back went out immediately. We were disappointed but still hopeful at this point. Then came the bad news: our vanity was too big for the master bathroom. The drawers wouldn't open. Turns out they had to move the closet wall back 4" . Took him 3 days of only working 4 hours each day because they had to take a lunch break of course. Then 6 days became 9 days and the job still wasn't done. Then he brought the wrong medicine cabinet. Wrong style and size and forgot to bring the second one as well. Turns out they never ordered them. Had to wait another 5 weeks. They showed up in November this time with 2 medicine cabinets. I asked them to finish master bath first. He said no. Ok...what? One medicine cabinet mirror was scratched so we had to wait another 5 weeks. Guess which bathroom they put the un-scratched medicine cabinet in? Here's a hint: it wasn't the master bathroom. So, the worker who moved our wall back screwed up the wall board, mis aligned the closet door. It wouldnt shut right and some of the fixtures were loose, misaligned or broken and loose in the wall. Guest bath wouldn't drain right because they had caulking in the drain, walls were jagged etc. Had to have them send someone else over instead of the original cause because of the problems. 5th time they came out, the new guy fixed a lot of the broken stuff but still wasn't right. Had president of company come over. showed him all the bad work. He said they did a good job but refunded us a little bit of money. We will not have them come back. Job took almost 3 months not 6 days. Our wall is still jagged from where original worker cut it to move wall back. Moulding is crooked, faucets misaligned scratches on vanity countertop etc. But we will not have them return. WE had enough. Master bathroom is still not right but we decided to try to fix it ourselves. I wouldn't recommend Rebath for anything. You would probably be better off doing your bathroom DIY and just taking some Home Depot classes.

Great Service after the fact… I used Re-Bath several years ago for bathroom remodel. Recently, the towel ring they installed fell off the wall. I called ReBath and they sent Dante to repair the towel ring. His round trip was over an hour and a half to my house. After he fixed the towel ring, I asked him what I owed him. He said nothing. They told me when I hired them that they stood by their work, and today they made a believer out of me. Dante is a gem!

Did a bathroom for my daughter and… Did a bathroom for my daughter and finished on Friday. Saturday evening I get a call that the pipes in the bathroom were frozen. I thaw them out but the fittings they installed leaked so I had to get a plumber in to cut and cap since they could not respond. That is when I notice they cut the floor joist to get the drain in. When they show up to make the repairs their response to the cut joist was "sometime you need to do it". I asked if that was code and the plumber (if he was one) said I don't know you'll have to ask the carpenter. But that is not all. They never reinstalled the insulation causing the pipes to freeze. The toilet was installed crooked and two screws for the faucet were sticking out through the rear wall. They took out the doorway to get the tub in and when they put it back they feathered the plaster around the frame only two coats and told me that is all they could do because on the contract. These guys are hacks, avoid them at all costs.
