GBGreat Service after the fact… I used Re-Bath several years ago for bathroom remodel. Recently, the towel ring they installed fell off the wall. I called ReBath and they sent Dante to repair the towel ring. His round trip was over an hour and a half to my house. After he fixed the towel ring, I asked him what I owed him. He said nothing. They told me when I hired them that they stood by their work, and today they made a believer out of me. Dante is a gem!

GBOver priced and bad business ethics. Salesperson came out sold us on 2 shower upgrades costing over $28,000.00. Said we qualified for their promotion of 144 months no interest through Wright Patterson credit union. We signed the contract and have a copy. After work was complete, they called us and stated Indiana residents didn't qualify for the promotion and our options of payment were 4.99% interest or 60 months and then 23.99% interest. I wouldn't recommend using them.

GBThey have got to be kidding! I set up an appointment through Home Depot. They contacted RE-BATH to send over a salesman. He looked at my very tiny bathroom that needed a walk in shower after being demo'd down to the studs. He gave me two options. The first was an option to have them install what looked like the ugly material you would typically see in a campground shower room. The second option was a thicker material and not much prettier. First option quoted was $18,000. Second option was over $38,000! To add to the laughable quotes, they are three months out because "they have to order in the material". Where is it......China? The salesman was sensing his pitch was going nowhere when I started asking him questions and quickly wrapped it up. I let him and showed him the door. These and other similar companies are a waste of your time and money. I'm surprised that Home Depot would want their good name attached to such a jank company. Get a local contractor to build one nicer and much better.

GBDid a bathroom for my daughter and… Did a bathroom for my daughter and finished on Friday. Saturday evening I get a call that the pipes in the bathroom were frozen. I thaw them out but the fittings they installed leaked so I had to get a plumber in to cut and cap since they could not respond. That is when I notice they cut the floor joist to get the drain in. When they show up to make the repairs their response to the cut joist was "sometime you need to do it". I asked if that was code and the plumber (if he was one) said I don't know you'll have to ask the carpenter. But that is not all. They never reinstalled the insulation causing the pipes to freeze. The toilet was installed crooked and two screws for the faucet were sticking out through the rear wall. They took out the doorway to get the tub in and when they put it back they feathered the plaster around the frame only two coats and told me that is all they could do because on the contract. These guys are hacks, avoid them at all costs.

GBNever go with company or any company… Never go with company or any company that will not share a base price. My parents who are 74 were told their bathroom would be completely gutted. Their definition and mine are 2 different things. They did take the walls down to the studs around the original bathtub, however no where else. They replaced the bathtub with a shower, replaced the flooring and that is it. All for $13,800 and said it was a package price. Their bathroom is tiny and when I asked the owner if he could provide pricing for me when they were finished, because the numbers were not adding up for the work they did he said he was not able to give numbers to me and everything is proprietary! He also has no idea what customer service is!
