DKI received the wrong colour ironing… I received the wrong colour ironing board cover. After two unanswered mails and a telephone call, they finally sent me a mail from a different address: info@brabantia.... that I found after a little research instead of the one I ordered from info@nicebuy.... The reply was: pay 49kr for a return label. What audacity and what cheek!!!! First and last time using this online company.

GBI do not recommend I do not recommend, worst customer service. My order never arrived, gave me a false tracking number and then told me my item was damaged by postal service.

GBThis place sucks This place sucks, waited for my treadmill and received an email that my package was delivered but to Minnesota and I live in California, then find out it wasn't even my treadmill that they emailed me about, and never received it, then they tell me it's out of stock. Why did I receive an email on a package that wasn't mine....they have terrible customer service. Their emails were all misspelled and made no sense..never order from any business that associates with them

GBSuper service and fast Product arrive fast but was broken in the post. Contacted nicebuy by mail and 3 days later I had a replacement :). Great customer service - I can recommend them.

DKBad quality I ordered a dich rack from NiceBuy. Delivery was impecceable but the quality was terrible. It could not be assembled because they made some mistakes in calculations when building the dish rack. I decided to remove the plastic stand to be able to assemble it.
