So bad consuming experience The delivery was quick, but the delivered product was wrong. I sent email to communicate with them, there was never reply. It is not because I want to return product, but they delivery the wrong product. In order to get money back, following their regulation, I sent the wrong product back. The delivery fee I paid to send the wrong product back should be paid back to me according to their own regulation, but it was not refunded at all. Really bad consuming experience, especially when I sent email out to them several times, they never reply.

Super service and fast Product arrive fast but was broken in the post. Contacted nicebuy by mail and 3 days later I had a replacement :). Great customer service - I can recommend them.
