Excellent Hello. Ordered some mosaic samples to deliver in Portugal. Had some questions and wasn't able to do it in the website. Sent an email and it was quicly answered by Marvin, from the customer service. He made the order for me, sent me email during the process and secured the delivery exactly within the estimated arrival date. The tiles are amazing and I'll buy them to my kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent!!!!

AS BAD AS IT GETS Worst company I've ever dealt with I ordered some tiles on AUGUST 2015; a week later I get an email that my already overpriced order ( had to finish a job with a specific tile) suddenly no longer had free shipping, for 15 (3 x 6) tiles the shipping was going to be $45.00 - major rip off - after sending a couple of emails and phone call, I never got a response, and I needed tile to finish job, Finally I disputed it in Paypal and got a credit - I still had no tiles. AND, they are charging me an adjustment fee for the credit. I agree with the reviewer who said this company is a scam. Stay away from Mosaic Tile Direct and save yourself a lot of stress. They don't deserve your business

Pretty sure nobody works there I ordered a month ago a single sheet of tile so I could compare it to what I have in my bathroom. I paid more for the shipping than the tile. After a week passed with no update, I chatted in and requested an update. I was told it should have shipped by now and that I would receive an email with more information. Another two weeks passed with no contact, so I sent an email asking for a status update and received no response. Today, I requested to have my order cancelled and my money returned, although I'm pretty sure I'll have to dispute the charge because my order of one measley tile apparently isn't enough to get even the most minimal of customer service.

On November 14 On November 14, I ordered some pieces of Travertine pencils for my project. It took two weeks to process the order, just because I called to ask about the order. I have been waiting for the shipment for a week, they sent me a shipping confirmation but the tracking number is only a created label that has never been shipped. Very bad service and they never respond to my requests.

Do not try to do business with them I ordered product they advertised as in stock. The processed the transaction but I never received a shipment confirmation. After 3 phone calls they admitted the product was not in stock. Two more weeks of run around and I disputed the transaction; they would not even acknowledge an order cancellation
