Excellent Hello. Ordered some mosaic samples to deliver in Portugal. Had some questions and wasn't able to do it in the website. Sent an email and it was quicly answered by Marvin, from the customer service. He made the order for me, sent me email during the process and secured the delivery exactly within the estimated arrival date. The tiles are amazing and I'll buy them to my kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent!!!!

Scam is right! Ordered over $500 worth of tile which went months without being filled. Was eventually contacted asking to call in and pay shipping which is advertised as free on the site. I emailed and emailed and called and called to no avail. I, eventually, filed a claim with PayPal and received a refund. (They never answered Paypal either.) Buy beware, won't make this mistake again!

Mosaics Direct blamed DPD for their error I ordered £140 worth of tiles on Thursday 15th June 2023 & received email confirmation of my delivery address.DPD were due to make delivery today,Saturday 17th June but no delivery was made.I contacted Mosaics Direct who blamed DPD because they said we have your correct delivery address so it must be their error.However DPD emailed me to say parcel was delivered & posted a photo of the doorstep where they were left,needless to say not my doorstep.I left a complaint with DPD online.Afterwards I spoke to various neighbours hoping they had perhaps seen delivery van.It turns out that they were delivered to a neighbour up the street because the address on the delivery label from Mosaics Direct had the wrong house number on it.When I called them they just shrugged it off as a "simple error"! I will never order anything from this company again.

Highly Recommended! Shopped multiple vendors for backsplash and was very impressed with Mosaic Tile Direct. Good customer service is not always easy to come by. They were professional, honest and went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Terrible customer service! I am remodeling my master bathroom and found the color tile I wanted on their website. I ordered a sample and waited... and waited... my contractor kept asking about my tile and I tried 3 times to reach customer service and 3 times had absolutely no response. It has been over 2 weeks and still no sample, although my credit card was charged the day after I placed my order. I finally found the same color at another company and it is less expensive and this new company has excellent customer service. I WILL NEVER DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
