Pretty sure nobody works there I ordered a month ago a single sheet of tile so I could compare it to what I have in my bathroom. I paid more for the shipping than the tile. After a week passed with no update, I chatted in and requested an update. I was told it should have shipped by now and that I would receive an email with more information. Another two weeks passed with no contact, so I sent an email asking for a status update and received no response. Today, I requested to have my order cancelled and my money returned, although I'm pretty sure I'll have to dispute the charge because my order of one measley tile apparently isn't enough to get even the most minimal of customer service.

Charged for Items I Did not Receive Ordered tile from this company in November 2014 and upon the slow delivery (was prepared to wait because of the good price) the quantity ordered was less than the amount I received. I contacted customer service the same day as I received my delivery to explain the situation and to date I have not received a refund. The guy at customer service tells me he will contact customer service and then cuts me off the phone. He does not reply to emails and does not respond to telephone messages. He told me I could be lying, he is rude and completely inadept in customer service skills. Do not use under any circumstances.

Buyer Beware! I ordered tile for a client. It came and didn’t match the photo. I called their customer service line 3 times and no one answered. I called again the next day and got some guys cell phone. He tells me he’s sales and cannot help me. I told him I called customer service, not sales. I told him I also sent an email. He says, you emailed so wait for an email response. No response. Definitely a scam. Will be calling my credit card to dispute the charges. Their website says you can return, especially if they falsely advertised the tile. Buyer beware! Update: Finally received an email that they were processing the paperwork. Will update what happens.

Worst company I've ever dealt with I ordered some tiles on June 25, 2015; a month later, after sending a couple of emails inquiring about my order, I still had no tiles. They finally sent me a credit memo, but I still haven't seen the credit posted either on PayPal or my Amex account. AND, they are charging me an adjustment fee for the credit. I agree with the reviewer who said this company is a scam. Stay away from Mosaic Tile Direct and save yourself a lot of stress.

Scam is right! Ordered over $500 worth of tile which went months without being filled. Was eventually contacted asking to call in and pay shipping which is advertised as free on the site. I emailed and emailed and called and called to no avail. I, eventually, filed a claim with PayPal and received a refund. (They never answered Paypal either.) Buy beware, won't make this mistake again!
