GBPretty sure nobody works there I ordered a month ago a single sheet of tile so I could compare it to what I have in my bathroom. I paid more for the shipping than the tile. After a week passed with no update, I chatted in and requested an update. I was told it should have shipped by now and that I would receive an email with more information. Another two weeks passed with no contact, so I sent an email asking for a status update and received no response. Today, I requested to have my order cancelled and my money returned, although I'm pretty sure I'll have to dispute the charge because my order of one measley tile apparently isn't enough to get even the most minimal of customer service.

GBReasonable value for money I bought hex penny tiles and carrara marble crown molding for my new bathroom. The tile arrived in good condition, and looks good installed. However, the pieces of crown molding varied greatly in color - some were very light, some were very gray. I would have appreciated more effort on the part of the packers to make sure the pieces were consistent in color. Efforts to reach customer service by e-mail and phone were unsuccessful.

GBCharged For Products Not In Inventory I ordered a large quantity of tile online. I attempted to contact support regarding the order by chat, by email consistently for several days and never received one response. After the payment processed through my account, I received a call that they did not have the tile in inventory and wanted to know if I would backorder to sometime in September. I declined and requested a refund instead. It is now several days later and my account still is not credited back. I have filed a complaint via my bank regarding the issue and wanting to get my refund of 2k+ back. Very poor business experience.

GBTerrible customer service! I am remodeling my master bathroom and found the color tile I wanted on their website. I ordered a sample and waited... and waited... my contractor kept asking about my tile and I tried 3 times to reach customer service and 3 times had absolutely no response. It has been over 2 weeks and still no sample, although my credit card was charged the day after I placed my order. I finally found the same color at another company and it is less expensive and this new company has excellent customer service. I WILL NEVER DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

GBMosaics Direct blamed DPD for their error I ordered £140 worth of tiles on Thursday 15th June 2023 & received email confirmation of my delivery address.DPD were due to make delivery today,Saturday 17th June but no delivery was made.I contacted Mosaics Direct who blamed DPD because they said we have your correct delivery address so it must be their error.However DPD emailed me to say parcel was delivered & posted a photo of the doorstep where they were left,needless to say not my doorstep.I left a complaint with DPD online.Afterwards I spoke to various neighbours hoping they had perhaps seen delivery van.It turns out that they were delivered to a neighbour up the street because the address on the delivery label from Mosaics Direct had the wrong house number on it.When I called them they just shrugged it off as a "simple error"! I will never order anything from this company again.
