Samples were sent promptly and packaged with extreme care. After the samples looked great, we placed a full order and were advised on the best break-even points based on quantity and shipping type, and what specials were applicable to our order. Full order was received just as promised for delivery, was again carefully packaged and all items were in great shape. Kitchen backsplash I recently purchased tiles from Mosaic tile direct. Prices are great and service was excellent. Kash helped me at Mosaic tile and was very helpful. Promised me I would receive within 5-8 business days and I did. Amir who delivered them from their NJ warehouse was also very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend using Mosaic tile.

Buyer be aware.... Very dissappointed with the service, I ordered the tile three weeks ago and still don't have it. First I was told it shipped thhe same week and I should have it in 4days, after 4days and no tracking #I called back, its on back order. How can u advertise and sell something on the site as "In Stock" if it isn't? Everytime I call to check on the order, I get the same guy with the same lie " Ill call the warehouse and call u back" but NO CALL BACK

Worst company I've ever dealt with I ordered some tiles on June 25, 2015; a month later, after sending a couple of emails inquiring about my order, I still had no tiles. They finally sent me a credit memo, but I still haven't seen the credit posted either on PayPal or my Amex account. AND, they are charging me an adjustment fee for the credit. I agree with the reviewer who said this company is a scam. Stay away from Mosaic Tile Direct and save yourself a lot of stress.
