TERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE COMPANY. I had the absolute worst experience working with this company. I was told my tile would be delivered in 8-10 days. Close to 4 weeks later, after I had spent over 4 hours communicating between the delivery company and Mosaic Tile Direct I finally got my tiles. The owner at Mosiac Tile admitted right away that a mistake had been made in the paper work, thus the delay of delivery. A couple weeks later I received a bill for an additional $150 for shipping. Mosaic Tile Direct told me they would take care of it...NOPE, HUGE LIE. I received another bill, when I call back to Mosaic Tile, they ignored my call (and email to follow). WORST COMPANY to work with.

Charged For Products Not In Inventory I ordered a large quantity of tile online. I attempted to contact support regarding the order by chat, by email consistently for several days and never received one response. After the payment processed through my account, I received a call that they did not have the tile in inventory and wanted to know if I would backorder to sometime in September. I declined and requested a refund instead. It is now several days later and my account still is not credited back. I have filed a complaint via my bank regarding the issue and wanting to get my refund of 2k+ back. Very poor business experience.

Scam is right! Ordered over $500 worth of tile which went months without being filled. Was eventually contacted asking to call in and pay shipping which is advertised as free on the site. I emailed and emailed and called and called to no avail. I, eventually, filed a claim with PayPal and received a refund. (They never answered Paypal either.) Buy beware, won't make this mistake again!

Friendly, fast services, best pricing, careful shipping and great marble! Mosaic Tile Direct's staff is very helpful, explanatory, educating and friendly on the phone. Samples were sent promptly and packaged with extreme care. After the samples looked great, we placed a full order and were advised on the best break-even points based on quantity and shipping type, and what specials were applicable to our order. Full order was received just as promised for delivery, was again carefully packaged and all items were in great shape. Not only that, but it's the best price for large format (18 inch) marble tile that we found anywhere, and the product looks great. Thank you Mosaic Tile Direct!

Horrible customer service I needed a few extra tiles to finish a job... I place a few different calls/voicemails four days ago and yet have received a call back. Every time I have tried calling it goes directly to voicemail. Lack of customer service! A company really should answer phone calls and return a call with in 24 hours!
