Bought an outdoor shower set Bought an outdoor shower set, it took weeks to get here, missing parts, no english directions, plumber was unable to put it together. I tried sending it back but it was past the return policy, they wanted to ship me another mounting bracket but the bracket they were going to send didn't even match the correct outdoor shower. Also, these guys have a website that looks like it's based in the US, it's overseas and everything is in Chinese, including the box and chinese directions. what a joke, the emails and communication was horrible. stay away from these guys. I spent a little more and went with a local plumbing supply company...and it was a much better built outdoor shower.

Non-Existent Customer Service We ordered four faucets for one of our rental properties. They did arrive but they were scratched from poor packaging and not being secure in shipment from their long journey from China. I completed a complaint with their complaint center in March requesting a refund (attaching pictures of the damage). After two weeks and the timer on the complaint running out, I responded with another comment asking about my claim. I also tried to call twice but got a message about the line being busy and to leave a message. After another month I commented again that I had heard nothing and would like to know the update on our complaint. I tried to call multiple times but could never get through, always getting the voicemail to leave a message. I find it unacceptable to not respond to my complaint. I find their customer service not lacking but non-existent. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Product as Pictured Our faucet arrived much sooner than anticipated, and it was exactly what we wanted. I would have liked to receive a shipping confirmation email, since I knew the item was coming from overseas, but overall, we were happy with the product!

Upgrade to previous review Upgrade to previous review: All the things I said in my previous review were true, but there has been much progress. I finally got my item (a glass vessel sink) and it was exactly as featured and very nice, beautiful in fact. The bad part of this company is that their phone number is worse than useless. I would get more satisfaction from putting a note into a bottle and tossing it into the ocean. It seems that telling paypal that I want my money back coupled with a horrible review on this site actually caught somebodies attention. While I am very grateful that I finally got my product IT SHOULDN'T TAKE A NUCLEAR OPTION TO GET A RESPONSE FROM A COMPANY. Lesson here; hope for the best and expect the worse, that way you won't be disappointed.

Really Horrible experience. Total ripoff! I ordered a designer looking bath/ shower faucet. After more than a week, I was contacted because my purchase had not gone through, and I needed to reorder. Once reordered, It took several weeks to arrive. Once it got here, it was dented in several places. The vendor insisted this was due to shipping, but it was obvious the faucet was damaged in several places before it was packed. They offered to replace a bent pole, but argued that they were unable to see the damage on the shower head in the pictures. After several weeks they said they had shipped the pole, but by then I had given up and requested a return. (They had never sent the replacement). They refused to provide a return shipper or label and insisted I pay for the return shipping even though the item was damaged. After multiple attempts to work with them to provide return shipping info, I contacted my credit card company. The faucet does not meet code standards, and the tub faucet Is smaller than a bathroom sink faucet. The height of the faucet is too short to stand under. They offered to send a taller pole piece for an additional $40. Oh brother! I later found they had violated laws by shipping to my state. Lovely. They really don't know how to provide customer service.
