Terrible business Terrible business. Still no product after multiple attempts to contact. Even paid for expedited shipping.

I was so very disappointed ordered a vessel sink that I really really ..... liked waited for weeks then got a text saying my vessel sink was damaged but they would take 5 percent off of it. I I was soooo upset had to cancel my order after waiting weeks on in for the pretty vessel sink I really wanted for my remodel in my master bath. I'm a very unsafied customer very disappointed now I'm back to trying to find another vessel sink but can't find one I like better so fustracted why me....just wanted that beautiful silver vintage sink makes me sick.!!!! PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! I ordered two shower fixtures. They processed the payment and then sent me an email stating they don't have that model anymore and to look at their website for options at a 5% discount. I asked for a refund with no response. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company. Hopefully they will be able to get my account credited.

Ships from China, no returns I bought two faucets, wanting to see them both in person and return one. I specifically asked if I was able to return the one I didn’t use and they assured me I could. After they arrived, I installed one (although I ended up paying a lot to have someone assemble it and buy adaptors for my USA sink— hard to explain but it was very difficult to attach the water leads and took hours.) I tried to return the other and ended up in an email chain with someone in China basically saying return was impossible and “uneconomic”. Wouldn’t order from this company. UPDATE: funny, I just saw the response, which is nearly as irritating as their private responses to me. As I said above, I have the email chain where I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if the item was returnable, explaining that I was ordering two but only wanted to use one. I said this above, but as you can see, they ignored it, even in their public response. Just save yourself the trouble and buy from someone reputable.

Horrible Horrible! I contact about refund but no one ever responded! The package was torn up, the product was in pieces and had scratches.
