USI ordered a shower curtain on January… I ordered a shower curtain on January 19th. I paid for it on January 19th. It's Feb 20th. It has not shipped. I've contacted them twice with no response. Do not order from the company.

BMShips from China, no returns I bought two faucets, wanting to see them both in person and return one. I specifically asked if I was able to return the one I didn’t use and they assured me I could. After they arrived, I installed one (although I ended up paying a lot to have someone assemble it and buy adaptors for my USA sink— hard to explain but it was very difficult to attach the water leads and took hours.) I tried to return the other and ended up in an email chain with someone in China basically saying return was impossible and “uneconomic”. Wouldn’t order from this company. UPDATE: funny, I just saw the response, which is nearly as irritating as their private responses to me. As I said above, I have the email chain where I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if the item was returnable, explaining that I was ordering two but only wanted to use one. I said this above, but as you can see, they ignored it, even in their public response. Just save yourself the trouble and buy from someone reputable.

AEstay away ... they are a scam!!! We ordered a few shower sets and sink tabs almost three weeks ago. They charged extra for express delivery of 3-8 calendar days. They created a shipment AWB with DHL a week ago yet when we talk to DHL they haven't shipped it ... when you call them they don't pick up ... when you write them they don't write back. I believe it's a scam .... stay away from them ... I have already reported them to the US authorities and will open a court case to bring them down.

USnot bad Be sure you've measured out the dimensions of your shower, especially the distance between the wall of the shower and the rainhead shower. The biggest problem is that a few months later, the rain shower drips after a few minutes of not been used. I called customer service and finally they helped me solve the problem and made me calm down. Tips for purchasing on this website: looking carefully of the dimensions of each item you want to buy and contact customer sericve at once if you have problems.

USNon-Existent Customer Service We ordered four faucets for one of our rental properties. They did arrive but they were scratched from poor packaging and not being secure in shipment from their long journey from China. I completed a complaint with their complaint center in March requesting a refund (attaching pictures of the damage). After two weeks and the timer on the complaint running out, I responded with another comment asking about my claim. I also tried to call twice but got a message about the line being busy and to leave a message. After another month I commented again that I had heard nothing and would like to know the update on our complaint. I tried to call multiple times but could never get through, always getting the voicemail to leave a message. I find it unacceptable to not respond to my complaint. I find their customer service not lacking but non-existent. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
