GBLousy Service I ordered some deli trays that I needed to fill my Thanksgiving cookie orders. I ordered them on 11/14/14. I tried to track my order but was unable to. I called Wasserstrom and got no answer (it was a weekend). I sent an e-mail and got no answer. I finally got in touch with someone there on 12/1/14 and asked about my order. I was told it was lost in shipment. Couldn't someone have contacted me and told me that so I could have either reordered or cancelled the order. Instead, I had to run around town at the last minute looking for the trays I needed. I don't plan to order from Wasserstrom again.

GBdid not receive what i thought i was getting first order I got the complete wrong order, they must have picked it wrong in the warehouse you had it picked up, then the right order came and I thought I was getting 48 pcs for $50 and it was only 4 so they cost $12 each I thought they were a dozen per order website is not clear and the product is really pricey. I ordered something different from another company for less than 1/2 the price

GBBroken mugs in every box I ordered 4 cases of coffee mugs. There were broken and cracked ones in every case. It's probably the shippers fault and I could probably get a refund of the broken pieces but I am wasting enough time writing this review.

GBThe condition of guesttowels were unacceptable. The quality of paper is being inconsistant. I have received with some marks on papel, folded not nicely. The material of papel was not the same as always.

GBNot Professional at all Ordered three weeks ago. Item was cancelled and there was no email notification. I knew because I checked the site and there it said the ordered was cancelled without reason. Not ordering from this company again.
