Never Received Product I never received the product and the shipping notice gave me no tracking info. I did not know who to go to. The product looks very nice, just what I wanted. I would not order from them again'

Misleading advertising poor customer service Misleading advertising, and awful customer service. They advertise / sell on Walmart.com but advertise you will receive 6 items when they only ship one. They are aware of this issue but don't change it. Also they refuse to add on to an order (even though it hasn't shipped) saying you have to reorder. Which means another hefty shipping charge. Horrible customer service.

Can't reach them for a return I didn't get what I wanted, either they sent the wrong thing, or I made a mistake when I ordered. We can reach them to arrange a return

The condition of guesttowels were unacceptable. The quality of paper is being inconsistant. I have received with some marks on papel, folded not nicely. The material of papel was not the same as always.
