Broken mugs in every box I ordered 4 cases of coffee mugs. There were broken and cracked ones in every case. It's probably the shippers fault and I could probably get a refund of the broken pieces but I am wasting enough time writing this review.

Poor The item I purchased did not have any honesty to it and I am not at all happy how this problem has turned out

disappointed with chattered dish delivery Ordered 12 dishes dishes for close to $400.00 and they were delivered cracked and shattered. It took at over a week to get follow up with several calls and e mails. The dishes were wrapped in plastic and did not appear to have any protection between plates. Dishes still in box and if I try to pick them out of box all I hear is crunch crunch. I was told they would get back to me and they did not. Felt like i was being avoided until one person seemed to listen to me. I took pictures as requested and emailed to company. Said I would get refunded within 4-5 days. It is now over a week and I have not heard from them or seen a credit to my credit card.

Misleading advertising poor customer service Misleading advertising, and awful customer service. They advertise / sell on Walmart.com but advertise you will receive 6 items when they only ship one. They are aware of this issue but don't change it. Also they refuse to add on to an order (even though it hasn't shipped) saying you have to reorder. Which means another hefty shipping charge. Horrible customer service.

Can't reach them for a return I didn't get what I wanted, either they sent the wrong thing, or I made a mistake when I ordered. We can reach them to arrange a return
