Lousy Service I ordered some deli trays that I needed to fill my Thanksgiving cookie orders. I ordered them on 11/14/14. I tried to track my order but was unable to. I called Wasserstrom and got no answer (it was a weekend). I sent an e-mail and got no answer. I finally got in touch with someone there on 12/1/14 and asked about my order. I was told it was lost in shipment. Couldn't someone have contacted me and told me that so I could have either reordered or cancelled the order. Instead, I had to run around town at the last minute looking for the trays I needed. I don't plan to order from Wasserstrom again.

Poor delivery Where you say 4 to 5 days delivery...it took almost 10. Never again.

Product OK, but shipping sucked. The cake boxes were shipped in flimsy plastic wrap which was torn in transit. Several boxes were damaged.

Please Do not do business with this… Please Do not do business with this company!! Missed up my order and will not make it right !! Mean upper management and try to belittle you !! I had one lady ( Ella) to suggest I shop with Dollar Tree !! They cater to big hotels and restaurants!! No compassion for the little man !! If they continue to to bad business it will catch up with them !!

Misleading advertising poor customer service Misleading advertising, and awful customer service. They advertise / sell on Walmart.com but advertise you will receive 6 items when they only ship one. They are aware of this issue but don't change it. Also they refuse to add on to an order (even though it hasn't shipped) saying you have to reorder. Which means another hefty shipping charge. Horrible customer service.
