Bought new artificial tree this year… was absolutely positive the old tree was a 7 footer, replacement tree was a 7 footer but some how it was shorter… turns out the old tree was 7.5 foot 🤦🏼‍♂️ this booster was just what was needed to give the illusion of a 6” taller tree.

Excellent Customer Service follow-through! During December 2023 we put up the tree we had ordered a year ago! Tree (6.5 ft balsam fir) went up fine, good quality. But we had lots of trouble with the rotating stand, finally it burned out. BUT the company actually replaced the rotating stand, and the second one works FINE. EXCELLENT service, great attitude!

Sturdy Construction And Easy to Use I was able to find what I was looking for easily. I did have questions, and Marsha at Treetime helped me out. I purchased the rolling duffel storage bag for a tree I own. The bag is made of thick, durable fabric, has sturdy stitching, zippers and straps. It even has a spot for a label. It was easy to load our 7.5 ft. tree into the bag and secure it, using the instructions given. My husband and I were thrilled with how easy it was to pull with the sturdy handle to roll & carry to its storage spot. So much easier than storing the tree in the box it came in. I/we are very pleased with this bag and plan to buy another for our smaller tree.
