The tree is beautiful but the lights… The tree is really beautiful, it did have lighting issues which were all resolved beyond my expectations. Their merchandise is all really incredible. Their customer service is world class great! Thank you Leslie and Steve for all you did for me.

Excellent Customer Service follow-through! During December 2023 we put up the tree we had ordered a year ago! Tree (6.5 ft balsam fir) went up fine, good quality. But we had lots of trouble with the rotating stand, finally it burned out. BUT the company actually replaced the rotating stand, and the second one works FINE. EXCELLENT service, great attitude!

Shipping was fast and easy Shipping was fast and easy, tree setup was straightforward and once you fluffed and arranged all the branches, it was a beautiful tree. the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because there are more green lights than red or blue. and the green lights stay on more than the other colors. it may have been better if they blinked more so the green color wasn't so strong.

Your staff made our purchase very easy Your staff made our purchase very easy. For some reason our original tree order did not get registered. Your staff person found it, got it squared away. And when I said I wanted to order the storage bag she added extra lights to it to get the order qualified for free shipping. That saved us a little money. It was very good service.
