Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. Very slow on delivery. Product disappointing. First tree was poorly lit. Several dark spots with non-movable lights. Sent photos to company and 6 days later a replacement arrived. This tree ‘tilts’ to one side (not erect), very thin or missing branches around bottom of the tree also a few holes throughout…in general, the pre-lit exposes very large electrical connections within the tree. 2 out of 2 not good trees. When second tree was reported on Dec 23rd we were told to refer to return policy …which was ‘return within 30 days of receipt and before Dec 23rd’. Well that didn’t work either! Who wants a Christmas tree that ‘leans’? Not us!!!

Very happy 1st time customer. This is the first time we purchased a life-like tree without seeing in person. We chose to purchase a 9' tree from Treetime over other online vendors because of their 3 season warranty & great after Christmas sale. Our new tree arrived in the stated 2-3 days. We found assembly of the 4 sections & connecting the lights easy & were thrilled with the appearance, even without the fluffing! Can't wait for the 2024 holiday season to see it decorated with our 50 year+ collection of hand-crafted ornaments from around the world.

Exactly as ordered, fast. Great experience. I ordered replacement lights for my 12 foot tree, which I do annually to keep everything working properly. The replacement bulbs shipped quickly, arrived in good condition and on time.

Your staff made our purchase very easy Your staff made our purchase very easy. For some reason our original tree order did not get registered. Your staff person found it, got it squared away. And when I said I wanted to order the storage bag she added extra lights to it to get the order qualified for free shipping. That saved us a little money. It was very good service.

The product has very little realism The product has very little realism. The assembly instructions don’t match the tree. The metal pole holding the sections together is longer than the insert holes therefore the metal shows. The prices for this product is very highly inflated even with the sale. It is not worth the price.
