GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. Very slow on delivery. Product disappointing. First tree was poorly lit. Several dark spots with non-movable lights. Sent photos to company and 6 days later a replacement arrived. This tree ‘tilts’ to one side (not erect), very thin or missing branches around bottom of the tree also a few holes throughout…in general, the pre-lit exposes very large electrical connections within the tree. 2 out of 2 not good trees. When second tree was reported on Dec 23rd we were told to refer to return policy …which was ‘return within 30 days of receipt and before Dec 23rd’. Well that didn’t work either! Who wants a Christmas tree that ‘leans’? Not us!!!

GBFast shipping and our 4.5 multi prelit… Fast shipping and our 4.5 multi prelit tree is adorable! Super easy to put together, only two sections. Yes, it took two people about 20 minutes fluffing the branches (and there is a “hole” where we couldn’t get branches to fill-we turned it to the side and hung an ornament in it), but we love it. The tree was 350 lights prelit, and we added another 200 because my husband lives lights. I think the tree is fine with the 350, but do enjoy it with the additional ones. Bought a bag from Covers & All to store it assembled and upright.

GBBring a ladder and a lot of patience FAR more difficult to set up than advertised!! I would pay handsome to see someone set this thing up in 30 to 60 minutes!! Should come with a warning label that states: not suitable for anyone not willing to work from a ladder! The flimsy Chinese wring most certainly add to your profits on this $1500 tree

GBThe tree is beautiful but the lights… The tree is really beautiful, it did have lighting issues which were all resolved beyond my expectations. Their merchandise is all really incredible. Their customer service is world class great! Thank you Leslie and Steve for all you did for me.
