The product has very little realism The product has very little realism. The assembly instructions don’t match the tree. The metal pole holding the sections together is longer than the insert holes therefore the metal shows. The prices for this product is very highly inflated even with the sale. It is not worth the price.

Excellent Customer Service follow-through! During December 2023 we put up the tree we had ordered a year ago! Tree (6.5 ft balsam fir) went up fine, good quality. But we had lots of trouble with the rotating stand, finally it burned out. BUT the company actually replaced the rotating stand, and the second one works FINE. EXCELLENT service, great attitude!

Exactly as ordered, fast. Great experience. I ordered replacement lights for my 12 foot tree, which I do annually to keep everything working properly. The replacement bulbs shipped quickly, arrived in good condition and on time.

Bring a ladder and a lot of patience FAR more difficult to set up than advertised!! I would pay handsome to see someone set this thing up in 30 to 60 minutes!! Should come with a warning label that states: not suitable for anyone not willing to work from a ladder! The flimsy Chinese wring most certainly add to your profits on this $1500 tree
