GBElectric Fireplace worked for 1 week… Electric Fireplace worked for 1 week then started getting an error code and unit won’t work. It’s been a couple weeks since I 1st inquired about it and company not calling me back. Update: Company got back to me and replaced the unit free of charge, without having approval on manufacturer. Much appreciated

GBRaul should be a coveted employee as his service was superb! Raul should be given a raise and be highly regarded for being a consummate professional. He installed our new burner set and painted and set it all up so beautifully! I was nervous about a mess as we just repainted everything white but he left the house cleaner than when he found it. Just a really pleasant experience! Kudos to Raul!!

GBGreat service I bought a large Hestan grill which is awesome. I was concerned about the delivery as I have an elevated deck. The delivery/setup team was very professional and made the setup a breeze.

GBOur experience with them was stressful Our experience with them was stressful, but wonderful. From the folks in the office to the installers, they were professional and friendly. We had an issue with the fireplace that was already in our home, which was none of their doing. They handled everything for us and had a new fireplace installed a week later. We would definitely work with them again and recommend them.
