We had an issue with the fireplace that was already in our home, which was none of their doing. They handled everything for us and had a new fireplace installed a week later. USThe perfect guys for a tricky job We have a tricky dryer vent exit on a high steep-pitched part of the roof, with a small entry from the garage into an attic space. The crew figured it out and went above and beyond doing acrobatics to get into the space and take care of our project. This was the third company we had out to look at this cleaning project, and the first one who actually was able to do it for us. Thanks so much!

USElectric Fireplace worked for 1 week… Electric Fireplace worked for 1 week then started getting an error code and unit won’t work. It’s been a couple weeks since I 1st inquired about it and company not calling me back. Update: Company got back to me and replaced the unit free of charge, without having approval on manufacturer. Much appreciated
