USRaul should be a coveted employee as his service was superb! Raul should be given a raise and be highly regarded for being a consummate professional. He installed our new burner set and painted and set it all up so beautifully! I was nervous about a mess as we just repainted everything white but he left the house cleaner than when he found it. Just a really pleasant experience! Kudos to Raul!!

USTechnician was great— on time Technician was great— on time, worked hard, checked measurements several times as we were told years ago we needed$900 worth of changes as wrong size things had been installed. Very pleased and he left the house clean and fireplace able to be used.

USMediocre product & service our fireplace insert has been nothing but problems since we bought it 2-yrs ago. Service was to be here last Friday but never showed. I was called Saturday to reschedule for next Thursday. I have paid for 2 service calls this time & it still won’t light.
