Phillies light and remote I ordered a light for my grandson and after ordering received an email about a remote for the lights. So I also ordered that. Within maybe a few hrs I received an email letting me know that the remote will not work with my light. I canceled my remote order and the refund was almost immediate. What great customer service! Not to mention the honesty! Signs of a great company!

Warhol/Basquiat My Warhol and Basquiat neon lights are absolutely amazing!!! I love both of them, they each came beautifully packaged and were delivered in short time. Thoroughly happy with my purchases, have been telling friends to order from Yellowpop as well!

Dreadful customer service Signs are great - customer service is absolutely awful. I wanted to put the sign on a timer and have it come on at the same time every day but dimmed, not at full brightness. Their proprietary on/off-dimmer switch makes that impossible so I wanted to know if I could plug the sign into a Smart Outlet, which would mean the amount of power going to their power source would be reduced - asked if that would damage the power source. After nearly a dozen emails back and forth over a period of several months, I got lots of irrelevant and/or misinformation, but never did I get a yes/no answer. Hard to believe a company is making signs you can only dim using a manual switch - even my new blender came with bluetooth - time for YellowPop to move into this century.
