Dreadful customer service Signs are great - customer service is absolutely awful. I wanted to put the sign on a timer and have it come on at the same time every day but dimmed, not at full brightness. Their proprietary on/off-dimmer switch makes that impossible so I wanted to know if I could plug the sign into a Smart Outlet, which would mean the amount of power going to their power source would be reduced - asked if that would damage the power source. After nearly a dozen emails back and forth over a period of several months, I got lots of irrelevant and/or misinformation, but never did I get a yes/no answer. Hard to believe a company is making signs you can only dim using a manual switch - even my new blender came with bluetooth - time for YellowPop to move into this century.

Really impressed Really impressed with the turn around time from ordering to receiving the product. It was easy, uploaded an image, YP responded with a great design, we approved and off they went. Delivered in about 14 days, product was exactly what was promised, design was identical, looks so good in our store front window, sign is bright and turns heads as they pass by, so much better than our previous neon sign for a number of reasons. I totally encourage you to use this company!! very impressed.
