GBDreadful customer service Signs are great - customer service is absolutely awful. I wanted to put the sign on a timer and have it come on at the same time every day but dimmed, not at full brightness. Their proprietary on/off-dimmer switch makes that impossible so I wanted to know if I could plug the sign into a Smart Outlet, which would mean the amount of power going to their power source would be reduced - asked if that would damage the power source. After nearly a dozen emails back and forth over a period of several months, I got lots of irrelevant and/or misinformation, but never did I get a yes/no answer. Hard to believe a company is making signs you can only dim using a manual switch - even my new blender came with bluetooth - time for YellowPop to move into this century.
