When I was Purchasing our Napoleon… When I was Purchasing our Napoleon LV/50 Fireplace. I realized its qualities with in. But ordering through North Country Fire. I had realized I could buy it anywhere, but through the process of installing it. I Realized the Support from Dean Allen Senior Technical Advisor. He was Extremely Helpful to not just myself but via my installer/ electrician and even the HVAC technician troubleshooting a problem with a faulty propane convertor valve. Dean Allen was So helpful From the beginning of the process all the Way until its Completion!!
