New Furniture from a Great Source I purchased a master bedroom suite several years ago and loved that set. Thus, when I needed to purchase a living room and another bedroom set to J & K I went. As expected the quality of all that I bought was outstanding, and it was a pleasure looking through the elegant showroom and spending time with the mattress expert.

Customer service needs improvement We are happy with the couch and love seat we purchased but feel the communication for delivery was poor. We called to check on delivery, left messages, no return call. Surprised over 7 weeks later you are asking for a review.

Living The Dream Life We furnished our whole home, seven rooms, through J&K Furnishings. We moved down to South Carolina from New Hampshire. A lot of initial contact was done through phone calls and emails with your two designers, Michael and Marianna, both of them were fabulous to deal with. We visited the furniture store to chose our furnishings. The designers pulled vision boards together for us, so we could see how everything would work together. (Materials, styles and wood colors all the way down to the nail heads on the different furniture). We felt very taken care of and special . The input from your designers helped our house become our dream home. I love all the furniture that we picked out. Everything was custom. Everything pulled together beautifully. Absolutely thankful for everything and everyone, including the guys that moved all the furniture in that day. They worked so hard. So polite and courteous. Thank you again. Kerri
