Customer service needs improvement We are happy with the couch and love seat we purchased but feel the communication for delivery was poor. We called to check on delivery, left messages, no return call. Surprised over 7 weeks later you are asking for a review.

J&K Exceeds Expectations again! Geralyn at the J&K Furniture Little River store has been excellent to work with as we continue to furnish our new home in Sunset Beach, NC. She helped us achieve our coastal cottage looks in the living room, dining room and bedroom late last year and we absolutely love it! Recently, she worked with us to furnish our sunroom and it’s become our new favorite room! Store manager Roy is always there to assist as well. J&K has the brands we need and trust. Finally, the in house delivery teams are neat, friendly and on time. Please keep up the great work J&K, it’s rare to fine a store like this that really cares about the customer!!!
