Seamless process Jeralyn made the process very seamless. She downloaded our house plans, listened carefully to my wishes and guided me through my selections. I look forward to the delivery of our new furniture and her continued help.

We went to JK Home Furnishings because… We went to JK Home Furnishings because we wanted to deal with a local store to purchase our Dream Cloud mattresses. The sales people were polite and helpful but after we paid nearly $4000.00 for new mattresses and bases, it took nearly a month to get them. While I understand they can't necessarily control the shipping from a supplier, they need to know how long things will truly take and be upfront and honest about it. We were told to expect the items in one to two weeks. We had issue with the first mattresses and had to order replacements and so far it has been the same experience. I would recommend using a company that stocks what you want locally if you don't want to go through the hassle of waiting and getting excuses when you call to find out what the status is.

Great customer service We used one of the "in house"'designers, Karen, at the Little River location. She made great suggestions and listened to our needs and concerns. She carefully measured to make sure the sectional sofa we ordered would fit through all of the doors it would pass through. We love the updated look of our new family room.

Tammie was a great help with finding… Tammie was a great help with finding the right furniture for our new home. She came to the house on the day of delivery and made sure that her measurements were correct.
