However, working with this company has been a different experience. I have had all my questions answered quickly and competently. Ben has been of such great assistance that I am not sure that we would gone forward with our project with 3 sliding doors in an office retrofit without his advice and assistance.

Terrible business To return a tiny piece of door hardware they want to charge $85 for shipping on top of a 30% restocking fee. Plenty of other businesses out there to accomplish whatever door hardware thing you’re trying to do so don’t give this company your business.

Excellent purchase & delivery experience. Very helpful purchase assistance from Ryan in California & Victoria in Florida. Eclisse Classic Double Pocket Door Frame Kit with all available options arrived in 5 days as promised; boxes arrived before Christmas in good shape but are not yet opened. I'm waiting until after the holiday to tear out walls & assemble the unit. So far - great.
