Trustworthy and fast delivery This a great experience. I was unsure of the site at first because I’ve never heard of pocketdoor super store but there delivery was super fast ariiving in a few days to meet bathroom construction schedule. Pricing seem less then competitors with all the options I wanted in my pocket door mechanics! Trust them! I’m glad I did!

Terrible business To return a tiny piece of door hardware they want to charge $85 for shipping on top of a 30% restocking fee. Plenty of other businesses out there to accomplish whatever door hardware thing you’re trying to do so don’t give this company your business.

Customer service was outstanding! Customer service was outstanding!! I had to change my frame order size two days after placing the order; and, it couldn't have been easier. They stopped/cancelled the UPS order and resent/resubmitted the new size. All the time being very understanding. Would highly recommend this vendor to anyone...can't wait to install this pocket frame.

Excellent customer support As a business owner, I've had a lot of experience with dealing with vendors. The decline in customer service in recent years is a sad fact of life. However, working with this company has been a different experience. I have had all my questions answered quickly and competently. Ben has been of such great assistance that I am not sure that we would gone forward with our project with 3 sliding doors in an office retrofit without his advice and assistance.
