GBExcellent customer support As a business owner, I've had a lot of experience with dealing with vendors. The decline in customer service in recent years is a sad fact of life. However, working with this company has been a different experience. I have had all my questions answered quickly and competently. Ben has been of such great assistance that I am not sure that we would gone forward with our project with 3 sliding doors in an office retrofit without his advice and assistance.

GBI spoke to customer service to help me… I spoke to customer service to help me decide on the best pocket door frame for my situation. Ryland walked me through the pros and cons of the brands he thought best suited my needs. He was extremely helpful in making my decision. I ordered the frame and it arrived in the estimated time. I have not installed it yet.

GBSuperstore is a great company other… Superstore is a great company other stores should follow their lead. talking to one of the agents was a pleasure, doing business with over seas company was kinda interesting, and wondering if I would ever get my door. But is wasnt a problem I was told that the ship was docking in the next two days and within a week it was at my door. They offer online videos for us DIY very informative with step by step instructions.I have the frame put together and in the wall and now getting the door ready to install.. I would buy from this company again.. win win.

GBTerrible business To return a tiny piece of door hardware they want to charge $85 for shipping on top of a 30% restocking fee. Plenty of other businesses out there to accomplish whatever door hardware thing you’re trying to do so don’t give this company your business.
