Excellent customer support As a business owner, I've had a lot of experience with dealing with vendors. The decline in customer service in recent years is a sad fact of life. However, working with this company has been a different experience. I have had all my questions answered quickly and competently. Ben has been of such great assistance that I am not sure that we would gone forward with our project with 3 sliding doors in an office retrofit without his advice and assistance.

Customer service was outstanding! Customer service was outstanding!! I had to change my frame order size two days after placing the order; and, it couldn't have been easier. They stopped/cancelled the UPS order and resent/resubmitted the new size. All the time being very understanding. Would highly recommend this vendor to anyone...can't wait to install this pocket frame.

The work hours were a little short The work hours were a little short, they don't open until like 10:00am Pacific Time, but once I got a hold of them they took care of me quickly and accurately. The Sli-Dor double pocket door was easy to assemble with the video linked on their website. Great price, functional quality for the lower priced unit that I purchased.

The unit arrived today, so I can’t comment yet on installation aspects. It appears on first glance everything I ordered is here and in good shape and as advertised.
