Superstore is a great company other… Superstore is a great company other stores should follow their lead. talking to one of the agents was a pleasure, doing business with over seas company was kinda interesting, and wondering if I would ever get my door. But is wasnt a problem I was told that the ship was docking in the next two days and within a week it was at my door. They offer online videos for us DIY very informative with step by step instructions.I have the frame put together and in the wall and now getting the door ready to install.. I would buy from this company again.. win win.

I was unsure of the site at first because I’ve never heard of pocketdoor super store but there delivery was super fast ariiving in a few days to meet bathroom construction schedule. Pricing seem less then competitors with all the options I wanted in my pocket door mechanics! Trust them! I’m glad I did!

Customer service was outstanding! Customer service was outstanding!! I had to change my frame order size two days after placing the order; and, it couldn't have been easier. They stopped/cancelled the UPS order and resent/resubmitted the new size. All the time being very understanding.
