Terrible business To return a tiny piece of door hardware they want to charge $85 for shipping on top of a 30% restocking fee. Plenty of other businesses out there to accomplish whatever door hardware thing you’re trying to do so don’t give this company your business.

Eclisse Classic Double Pocket Door Frame Kit with all available options arrived in 5 days as promised; boxes arrived before Christmas in good shape but are not yet opened. I'm waiting until after the holiday to tear out walls & assemble the unit. So far - great.
