But is wasnt a problem I was told that the ship was docking in the next two days and within a week it was at my door. They offer online videos for us DIY very informative with step by step instructions.I have the frame put together and in the wall and now getting the door ready to install.. The work hours were a little short The work hours were a little short, they don't open until like 10:00am Pacific Time, but once I got a hold of them they took care of me quickly and accurately. The Sli-Dor double pocket door was easy to assemble with the video linked on their website. Great price, functional quality for the lower priced unit that I purchased.
