Great service and easy to use!! The web server hosting is real easy to understand and how to implement. I had easy time installing new plug-ins to my game and editing the permissions. I would recommend this service to all.

I just contacted the software developers, and was confirmed that the software does indeed block ips once the connection is overflowing. Organized server control panel, great text editor, and easy FTP access. Very recommended to developers out there.

Faster Support Well I like it alot but the only thing i wish would be better is how fast you can get in contact with a support team member. I had a question yesterday and i had to wait a whole day for a response. i just think if there was faster communication when making a ticket or have a question. it would help alot.

The server has lag spikes The server is alright. The Performance is weak. I migrated our minecraft world from a local hosted server to your hosting. Since then we have hard lag spikes about every 5minutes. The world is not the problem.
