Very good customer support Although I have used computers since the 1980's, when it comes to new packages it can be hard work getting to grips with them, as you get older. Kevin has been very supportive and helpful guiding me at times on setting up my MC server. Especially with some bits I seem not to grasp instantly.

Superb team of people The people on this team in this case and with all my experiences with them have been very polite and helpful. My Minecraft server was Recently griefed and within the space of about two or three days we reverted it back to an old back up after I couldn't quite figure out how to do so myself. They weren't judgemental or disrespectful, quite the contrary, they were straight to trying to offer solutions and at the end of it they were happy to see it worked out!

Ramshard is cheap Ramshard is cheap, however has its drawbacks. The support was fast, however I am not happy about its use of "UNLIMITED" on its page. The term is vague and hard to decipher and its used to express storage amounts. Additionally my server properties file kept getting reset, so spawn protection and other certain values had to continuously be replaced. Although RamShard is a easy to use hosting site and provided a good foundation for my servers.

The server has lag spikes The server is alright. The Performance is weak. I migrated our minecraft world from a local hosted server to your hosting. Since then we have hard lag spikes about every 5minutes. The world is not the problem.

Reliable and inexpensive host Ramshard has been a inexpensive and reliable host. We've got a small Minecraft server for the family and have not experienced any hiccups/lag like we did with other hosts. There was no waiting to get the server and running and Ramshard offers a subdomain creator for no extra charge. Super easy to setup and the UI is easy to use. I would highly recommend them.
