We were missing one set of screws for a Roman shade and the customer service —-who responded to my email very quickly —had it overnighted!! I purchased drapes, Roman shades and woven shades. Everhem is everything BUT a (window) pane. Perfection! My only complaint is I cant give more than 5 stars. Beyond expectations of service, knowledge and ease. The CEOs patience, design expertise and incredibly easy and programmed site, made our custom order just as simple as any other checkout process. With a big purchase comes decisions and Everhem was there every step along the way. The only place to be nice and shade-y is EVERHEM.

Custom at a good value I had been considering another well known window treatment company but the prices were so high. Enter Everhem, with custom made drapes and woven wood shades in a curated offering of materials and much better pricing. I paid for professional measurement and installation and it was well worth it. So happy with the results. Be sure to get some samples so you can decide which material and color works best for your space.

Customer Service Just ordered two Roman shades: 1. Couldn’t believe how easy the ordering process was. 2. My 10% off coupon didn’t work, but it was fixed immediately. 3. Adam contacted me because he had a suggestion I had overlooked. (Companies actually do stuff like this?) I am so used to NOT getting good customer service that when I do I am so grateful!
