USGreat bed and Great customer service Wish I would have purchased this bed a long time ago. Easy to set up. Worth the money. Awesome customer service. 1 little problem that they took care of immediately. If your thinking about getting one, stop! And BUY the bed now. You won't regret it. Sleep so good now. Wake up feeling great and sleep all night now. The bed is way better than I expected. I went back and forth about getting one for many years. Don't make my mistake by waiting so long. I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator and got it to my apartment by myself. Don't be worried about any part of setup. Easy. Does have some weight to the base but you'll be glad once it's setup. Not going anywhere. I have flex head so not sure on bases without. Has to be less weight but still solid frame either way I would imagine. FYI go with flex base. Raising head and feet and kicking on message is nice. If your reading these your thinking about it. DO IT!

USCalled and ordered bed Called and ordered bed. Sales manager was very helpful and great. The only problem after was not contacted again about service again. Bed says it was in process. Shipper called the day it was delivered. Did not have any notice. Before that. Everything else was great. Set up very easy,well packaged. Nothing to assemble except for the screw in legs. Bed is great. Don't take long to find your comfort zone.
