GBService was friendly and delivery… Service was friendly and delivery pretty fast. I was a little disappointed in the pro-rated %. I've have my mattress 5 years and the new air bladder was pro-rated 50%. On a 25 year warranty, that seems a little out of proportion. I asked the service rep what the % proration would be at 20-25 years and he said 10%. That's so low it is practically insignificant, which in my mind makes the "25 year warranty" misleading. GBCalled and ordered bed Called and ordered bed. Sales manager was very helpful and great. The only problem after was not contacted again about service again. Bed says it was in process. Shipper called the day it was delivered. Did not have any notice. Before that. Everything else was great. Set up very easy,well packaged. Nothing to assemble except for the screw in legs. Bed is great. Don't take long to find your comfort zone.

GBGreat service! Called about a warranty issue as one of the air chambers was losing air. The rep who answered the phone was great to work with, pulled up my account immediately and got the replacement air chamber out quickly.

GBGreat bed at a great price. My Sleep Specialist worked patiently with me, helping to find the right bed and right accessories without any pressure. Customer Service also worked with me on the in-home setup and delivery. We navigated through the process with good results. They went out of their way to make us happy. As for the bed we purchased, it was everything we hoped for and more. After 30 years with a Sleep Number mattress, we needed an upgrade. After comparing it with the Personal Comfort bed, Personal Comfort had a much better product and a much lower price. The adjustable base works great and we have enjoyed many nights of wonderful sleep on our new bed. We couldn't be more satisfied with the company and its products.

GBQueen mattress A5 I got all my items except the in home setup. Personal Comfort I would recommend to anyone because of quality, understanding and patience. And issues they get back to you right away. 1-2 days tops.
