Best quality air bed on the market This is our 2nd Personal Comfort mattress. Before purchasing I had wanted to try an adjustable air bed with base. I did a whole bunch of research and decided to give PC a try. We LOVED the mattress and base. What do I love... The bed is in my opinion, the best quality on the market. The sides are sturdy when you sit, you do not sink down to the base. Also you don't feel like you're going to bounce out of the bed when rolling over (like the competitor.) The top of the mattress unzips for cleaning and adjusting comforter layers. The bottom unzips so you can replace any part of the bed, if needed and the bed has 45 adjustment settings! We just upgraded from a Queen (5yrs, still in excellent condition) to a split King. Wow! Wish I had done that sooner. Anyway if you are tired of regular mattresses that aren't giving you a bang for your buck, give this company a try. You won't regret it.

4 year review We have had our bed for several years and now, and love it. The one issue with the bed is it ruins your sleeping when you travel because you compare every bed to your bed at home. I have returned to buy pillows and extra layers for my bed and the customer service is always great to deal with. I have recommended this bed to there and have other family that are purchasing a bed for themselves. My only regret is that I didn’t go king sized with the adjustable base. One day when I decide to upgrade, you can bet that it will be a king sized, adjustable bed from Personal Comfort.

Great customer support. I had done a lot of research before calling Personal Comfort and talking with Russell. Your website is great and contains a lot of information and description. But Russell added the personal touch and was very helpful in providing additional insights into the 2 mattresses that I was considering that helped me in making my decision. You all are always consistent with the… You all are always consistent with the quality of products offered. I've had my bed for years and still love it. I always order my sheets and mattress protectors through you. Just received my last order and sheets were soft as butter!

Pieces missing from order. Pieces missing from order.. Called and left message and never received a call back... Headboard predrilled holes didn't line up.. Don't even think we received the right bed.. Oh well, live and learn.. Will shop elsewhere and not recommend them..
