GBThe Pinetales Buckwheat pillow is an amazing pillow. The Pinetales Buckwheat pillow is amazing! Gave it 4 stars because I would have preferred the standard size which was sold out. The 14x20 size gets the job done, though! I can truthfully say that after years of searching for "the pillow," I think I've found it! No more aching neck and shoulder pain in the mornings, and that alone rates "5 stars!" Delivery was exceptionally fast, and the ability to track the package was quite helpful.

GBGreat customer service! I love my PineTales millet pillow! I have used a buckwheat pillow for years, but needed to replace it. When I read about PineTales millet pillow I wanted to try it. As advertised, it doesn’t make the noise my old buckwheat pillow did. I think it is softer too. It does take a little trial and error to get the right fit for each person, but that’s part of what makes it great! There was a mix up on my order and I first received a buckwheat pillow. PineTales responded to my email quickly and sent out a millet pillow FedEx. They even added an extra pillow case because of the mix up.

GBNo issues, everything good Not sure if the pillow will work well for me yet, but whether or not it's for me, the company was good. Order went through and was delivered promptly with good tracking. Zero issues. Did not have to contact support, so can't say about that process.

GBPricey for what you get but if it works… Pricey for what you get but if it works and holds up for 10 years, I will be happy. Originally got an offer for like 20% off but the order would NEVER go through. I finally gave up and went to the website and it went through perfectly- no 20% off.

GBBuckwheat Hull Refills = Many More Years Of Pillow Enjoyment I bought the Japanese size Classic Buckwheat Pillow through Amazon about 3 years ago. In that time, I loved the feel of the pillow and that it would retain it's shape throughout my sleep. As a side sleeper, my neck really appreciated that. When it came time to replace the buckwheat hulls, I found them on the PineTales website and placed my order. I am glad that they came in a sturdy nylon bag. It makes for easy storage of the leftover hulls so that I can refill the pillow when needed. The fact that the pillow is made out of a very sturdy material means that I can keep refilling it for years to come - this was a great purchase!
