Great product for side sleepers. I like that you can adjust the fill to fit your needs. It's easy to adjust to your needs as a side sleeper. I bought the smaller version because my legs are on the medium size. I'm so glad I found your website. I've been getting a much better sleep. Thank you Pine Tales!

This is a great product This is a great product. I replaced my memory foam knee pillow with PineTales. The buckwheat is much better at regulating temperature. And I like the chance to modify the size. The casing is nicely designed too. Thanks!

PineTalles- NOT a customer-friendly POLICY! I tried and I did not like the hardness of the pillow. It is like sleeping on the ground. So I reached out to PineTales to return the product. They said there were NO RETURNS. I said : I am not satisfied with the product you sold me. I didn’t purchase the wrong size of the pillow. The pillow feels like lying your head on the ground. Pretty expensive gamble for whoever buys your pillow and is not satisfied with your product. NOT a customer-friendly POLICY! Something tells me you have a lot of people trying to return the product. Hmm? This is what they said: "We don't force anyone to buy our products. It is your choice to make a purchase with us or elsewhere. And when you purchase with us, you legally agree to our return policy". We cannot do anything else than list our return policy on our website. Reading it is up to you as the customer. Quality products that help me sleep I suffer daily from a neck and back injury. I own a few different PineTales pillows and I’ve bought some for family. Everything they make is packed with care and top quality. I know there are other buckwheat pillow brands out there but I’m so happy I went with this one. I can’t believe how I wake up - not achey!

Buckwheat Hull Refills = Many More Years Of Pillow Enjoyment I bought the Japanese size Classic Buckwheat Pillow through Amazon about 3 years ago. In that time, I loved the feel of the pillow and that it would retain it's shape throughout my sleep. As a side sleeper, my neck really appreciated that. When it came time to replace the buckwheat hulls, I found them on the PineTales website and placed my order. I am glad that they came in a sturdy nylon bag. It makes for easy storage of the leftover hulls so that I can refill the pillow when needed. The fact that the pillow is made out of a very sturdy material means that I can keep refilling it for years to come - this was a great purchase!
